A Jubilee Politian from Kiambu County has been charged alongside a businessman at a Nairobi court with Malicious Damage to property contrary to the law.
George Jonathan Maara inspiring for Limuru constituency parliamentary sit and John Peter Kamau appeared before Chief Magistrate Daniel Ogembo and denied the charges.
They are accused that on March 13,2016 at Wonder Joy Party World limited Ridgeways in Kiambu, willfully and unlawfully damaged the perimeter wall, live fence ,four streel gates all valued at Sh 20 million the property of Isaac Maina Wandire.
The two were charged with making use of firearm with intent to commit a felony contrary to section 34(1) of the firearms Act of 2002.
George Jonathan Maara was accused that on March 13, 2016 at Wonder Joy Party World in Rigdgeways in Kiambu being a licensed firearm holder license number 7753, used your firearm namely cezka pistols serial no. B 064351 and threatened to shoot Rimon Lientikiei and Richard Mutisya who were guarding the premises.
The case will be heard on April 6.The parties were advised by Chief Magistrate Daniel Ogembo to Maintain peace.
