Huruma Ward MCA Peter Owera Oluoch has been arraigned in court for killing his rival’s bodyguard.
Owera appeared before senior principle magistrate alongside five other people.
According to the CID, Mr Dan Omolo was brutally murdered on the March 26 2017 in Huruma Starehe Division within Nairobi County.
Police say they are yet to finalise investigations as they intend to collect evidence such as communication data, age assessment, and mental status among other.
Other accused persons linked to the murder are Gabriel Ochieng Odor, Elly Owor Onura, Dennis Otiemno Omollo, Raphael Willy Obunga , Peter Mwangi Kariuki and Daniel Okumu Ongongo.
The application will be argued tomorrow.
