MAN MASQUERADING AS HIGH COURT ADVOCATE CHARGED.

A man believed to be masquerading as high court advocate was on Friday arraigned before a Nairobi court and charged with four counts.
Ronald Omondi Oimbo is accused on diverse dates between March 2016 and March 08,2017 being unqualified person as an advocate of high court of Kenya he willfully practiced as an advocate of the high court of Kenya by representing KENHAR Motor Service Limited as an advocate.
He is accused on unknown place without lawful excuse knowingly had in his possession an instrument capable of making , impression of a stamp , purporting it to be genuine official rubber stamp for Isaac N. Kibere Advocate & Commissioner of Oaths.
He is also accused of forgery.
Mr Oimbo is also accused of on unknown date without lawful excuse knowingly had in his possession an instrument capable of making impression of a stamp purporting it to be genuine official rubber stamp for Hillary Maorina Advocate & Commissioner for Oaths.
He pleaded not guilty and was released on a cash bail of Kshs 150, 000.
His attempt to differ the plea to next week was dismissed. Oimbo applied for plea talking be pushed to next week claiming he was under medication.
He supplied court with medical documents but the decline saying there was no compelling reason provided to allow the application.
Oimbo was exposed by a local TV station few weeks ago. The matter has been under investigation for the last 30 days according to police.
10 witness listed to testify against him according to the charge sheet.
