Nairobi Carlcare Services limited Director has been charged with three criminal counts.

Mr Wang Haojie was charged with failing to comply with terms and conditions imposed by a work permit contrary to section 53(1) (1) of the Kenya Citizenship and immigration Act, 2011 laws of Kenya.

The offence was committed on April 24th 2017 at cardinal Otunga plaza within Nairobi County being a Chinese national with a work permit allowing him to work with Sino-Kenya Engineering Services, he was found engaging in employment with Carlcare services as a director in contravention of terms and conditions imposed by his work permit.

The accused was also charged with two counts of employing persons whom he knew or had reasonable cause to believe is committing an offence in engaging in such employment.

The prosecution alleges that on April 24th at Cardinal Otunga plaza in Nairobi County being a Chinese National and Director at carlcare services limited employed one Shu yi as a marketer and Liu Fei as a digital personnel in the said company knowing or having reason to believe he was committing an offence by engaging in such employment.

The case will be mentioned on May 29th and will be heard on June 20th.

Haojie denied the charges before Milimani law courts senior principal magistrate Kennedy Cheruiyot.

He was released on a cash bail of Sh 100, 000 and ordered to deposit his passport in court as additional security.
