Two United States of America nationals have been jailed for three months by a Nairobi Court.
They were further ordered to pay 50,000 Kenya shillings or serve three months imprisonment.
The two are American nationals pleaded guilty to charges of smuggling human being.
Fortune Osman Abdi is accused on 24 day of April at Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, being a United States of America national holder of passport number 460082704, you were reasonably suspected to be involved in smuggling one Amina Ibrahim and Abdiaziz Aden Farah.
Another accused known as Miss Fortune Farah Aden who is also accused of human smuggling.
She is alleged to have committed the offence at Kenyatta International Airport.
It is alleged on 24 of April 2017 at JKIA, being United States of America national holder of USA passport number 484302502, you were reasonably suspected to be involved in smuggling one Amina Ibrahim and Abdiaziz Aden Farah.
Fortune Osman Abdi told the court she is a mother of two and she is was pregnant.
They appeared before a Nairobi Principal Magistrate Kennedy Cheruiyot who ordered their repatriation to country of origin after serving their jail term or upon payment of their fine of Ksh 50,000.
