Two businessmen have been charged in a Nairobi Court with stealing a motor vehicle worth Sh 2.6 million.
Mohammed Farah Karur alias Karoto and Aden Kosar Keinan appeared before Milimani Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi and pleaded not guilty to two accounts.
Prosecution alleges that two on the night of May 5 and 6 this year at Wilson Airport in Nairobi jointly with others not before court stole Toyota Hiace green in colour worth 2.6 million property of Alice Ochola.
The duo are further accused the two that on September 20 this year at Ismaj Garage in Garissa town otherwise in the course of stealing of stealing, dishonesty undertook the disposal of Toyota Hiace green in colour worth Sh 2.6 million the property of Ochola for the benefit of Mohamned Farah Karur knowing or having reasons to believe it to be stolen goods.
They were released on a bond of Sh 1 million and a cash bail of Sh 500,000 pending hearing and determination of their criminal case.
