BY REPORTER.

Two people have been charged with creating disturbance by blocking an exit of a city hotel.

Neto Obunga and Lizz Nthenya appeared before Kibera senior resident magistrate Charles Mwaniki and pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The prosecution told the court that on November 6, at Concord hotel in Parklands, Nairobi the two jointly created disturbance in a manner likely to cause breach of the peace.

It is alleged that they blocked the hotel exit gate, by parking a motor vehicle across the gate and using abusive language towards the security guards with intent to provoke a breach of peace.

They were freed on a cash bail of Sh8,000. Before appearing in court, the duo were out on police bond of Sh15,000.
