They residents say their lives is in danger after Gethenji injured Mr Godfrey Mutua on February 5, 2021 at around 11.28 pm.

They claimed Ndungu’s car was coming entering the estate using the wrong side of the road to skip the barrier.

Mutua had asked the former MP to lower all the windows so he could see the inside of the car.

However, Ndungu’s bodyguard came out of the vehicle and allegedly hit the security guard.

It is alleged that Ndungu also came out and hit the guard in his face with his pistol (witnessed by other guards).

After hitting the guard on his face he kicked and punched the poor guy, they claimed.

He later shouted at other guards and a Police Constable.

The matter has been reported to Gigiri Police Station via OB No 02/06/02/2021.

The forgery case has been temporarily suspended by the high court pending a petition he has filed.
