Omari further dismissed allegations by the prosecution that evidence was tempered with in an attempt to cover-up attempt to cover up the mattee.

He told the court that the police land cruiser was never burnt as alleged by the prosecution.

Omari further treated the court into laughters after a police land cruiser is never full until there is no one to arrest.

“Let the court take judicial notice that, a police land cruiser can carry upto one hundred people, it is never full until there is no one to arrest”, he added.

He further told the court that police vehicles have no regulated carrying capacity like public transport vehicles.
