MAN DENIES THEFT OF SH3 MILLION FROM CAR DEALER.

A man posing as a car buyer has been charged with stealing Sh3 million from a dealer in Nairobi.

Jeremiah Karuga Kigunda appeared before Milimani Senior Resident Magistrate Jane Kamau and denied the charge.

Karuga is accused that jointly with others not before, and during the process of purchasing a motor vehicle, they conspired to steal Sh3 million from Isaac Muchanji.

They allegedly committed the offence on diverse dates between November 1, 2020 and February 24 last year at unknown place in Nairobi.

The prosecution told the court that on the same dates and year in Nairobi and Mombasa jointly with others not before court stole Sh3 million property of Muchanji.

He was released on a cash bail of Sh700, 0000
