Atlantis Life Science limited technical Sales Representative has been charged with conspiracy to defraud the company over Sh.15 million.
Fred Okoth Otieno appeared before Milimani Chief Magistrate Lucas Onyina and denied the charges.
Prosecution told the court that on diverse dates between 1 May, 2022 and the 6 June, 2024 within Mombasa Road in Nairobi County with other not before court, Okoth conspired to defraud Atlantis Life Science ltd property worth Sh. 15,113,961
Okoth is further accused that on diverse dates between the 1st of May, 2022 and the 6th day of June 2024 within Mombasa road in Nairobi city county with others not before court, being employed by Atlantis Life Science ltd as a technical Sales Representative, stole goods worth Sh.700,000 the property of the company.
He was released on a cash bail of Sh.400,000 pending hearing and determination of his fraud case.
