A businesswoman has been arraigned in court over allegations of obtaining millions.
Fatima Muhamed Kalima is accused of obtaining shilling 3,851,200 from Tazehnam Mousa Eissa by falsely pretending that she was in position to sell 1.5kilograms of Gold a fact she knew to be false.
Kalima is alleged to have committed the offence on diverse dates between 28th October and 14th November 2018 in Milimani Area within Nairobi County jointly with others not before court with intent to defraud.
The woman who is claimed to be Rwandan denied the charges before Senior Principal Magistrate Martha Mutuku and was released on a bond of half a million.
The criminal case will be mentioned next week.
