Principal Magistrate Kenneth Cheruoity issued the orders after the investigating officer senior sergeant Judith Tuwei applied for more time to hold Marigo Protus Sarara.
The officer told the court that the suspect was arrested late yesterday and he is being investigated on case murder of cityhawker in 2014.
The court heard that suspect who is city council askali is providing good information that will lead to the arrest of others who are said to be on the run.
” The police are yet to take the supects for medical assessment to a scertain whether he is fit to stad trial.
The court directed that suspect be produced on Monday 12 in court. he will be held at Kamkunji police station
