Juliet Mwelu Musyoka accused of conspiring to kill x-husband at a Milimani law court where she denied the charge.

A 36 old woman was charged on Wednesday morning before a Nairobi court for planning to kill her estranged husband.
Juliet Mwelu Musyoka is accused on December 16, 2015 jointly with other conspired together to kill Thomas Musyoka Muli .
Its alleged Juliet Mwelu who is divorced to Thomas Musyoka approached her co-accomplice Alfan Ndwiga and requested him to look for a hit man with a gun.
She pleaded not guilty before Nairobi Chief Magistrate Court and she was released on bond of 2million.
She was arrested on December 16, 2015 along Accra road, in the city centre, after detectives posing as hitmen met her at an undisclosed location.
Prosecution said Ms Mwelu is not new to the conspiracy as this was her third attempt to look for hitmen to eliminate her former husband.
Prosecutor Eddy Kadede told the court that Ms Mwelu’s accomplice had already been charged in the case and is awaiting trial next month.
The matter will be heard on 4 of February 2016.
