Supreme Court Judges who ruled against Deputy Chief Justice Kalpàl Rawal and Justice Philip Tunoi.

Justice Philip Tunoi is not retired, a tribunal has been told.
A crucial notice has not been issued by the employer informing the judge that he should retire.
This is according to a high court decision quashing an earlier notice and deciding that another notice should be issued.
The Supreme Court upheld this judgment which sent home three judges. However, a requirement was put that these judges should be notified afresh.
By virtue of the decision of the High Court and which was highly relied upon by the Apex court, the judiciary erred in not issuing the notice.
In event that it was not issued, the judges remain as judges of their respective courts.
The tribunal has taken a 15 mins break to allow them decide on the issue whether Judge Tunoi is still in office or not.
