Orange Democratic Party (ODM) Nairobi Chairman George Aladwa who pleaded with Ababu Namwamba to reconsider his decision to quit the position of Secretary General.

Orange Democratic Party (ODM) Nairobi Chairman George Aladwa has today pleaded with Ababu Namwamba to reconsider his decision to quit the position of Secretary General.
Aladwa also urged Namwamba to come back because Luhya community leaders were not willing to be divided.
He said that “Kuteleza sio kuanguka, you still have time to make the right decision.”
Aladwa further dismissed claims that Wetangula wants to vie for Nairobi City Governorship saying that the Luhya fully support Dr Evans Kidero as the Governor Nairobi County.
Mr Namwamba recently resigned as the Secretary General citing betrayal from his party leader Raila Odinga.
Namwamba’s announcement came days after Funyula MP Paul Otuoma who was acting as ODM National vice Chair tendered his resignation in the same event.
