Everyone claiming ownership of a 134 acre land in Karen valued at Sh8 billion should file their documents by October 4.

Justice Lucy Gacheru directed that all litigants must file their responses proving ownership of the multi-billion city property.

She also asked all lawyers involved to furnish each other with documents they will rely on in court in their bids to prove their clients case.

Muchanga Investments, through lawyer Cecil Miller, is claiming ownership of the land and has obtained orders blocking other companies and individuals from interfering with the said land located in Karen.

Justice Gacheru directed Lang’ata OCPD Elijah Mwangi to enforce the order.

The widow of former Nairobi Provincial Commissioner John Mburu, Ms Carmelina Mburu also says this land belongs to her late husband and is therefore under her custody when her husband passed on.

Former National Social Security Fund (NSSF) boss Jos Konzolo also claims ownership of the same land.
