KANU wants Jubilee Party stopped from using their colours.

The party filed a suit before the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal.

Lawyer Kiprop Marimoi said in his urgent application on Thursday that JP was using its colours – red, black and green.

He said that the colours will confuse voters and the general public during electioneering period.

Marimoi said it would be in the interest of justice for the tribunal to issue restraining orders.

Several leaders across the political divide have joined Jubilee ahead of the launch that will take place on the same day as ODM’s 10th anniversary celebrations.
