BY NT REPORTER.

A company Director has been charged with fraudulently obtaining Sh3 million from a co director.
Jubilee Classical Enterprises Limited Director Felix Hezekiah Kiprotich Kirui allegedly on dates between March 24 and 31 at diamond trust bank in Nairobi, jointly with others not in court, obtained Sh 3.2 million from Fatuma Ali Abdul.

Police said he falsely pretended that he could enjoin her in supply of a tender he had been awarded at the United nations of supplying mobile phones and laptops and other accessories, a fact he knew to be false.

Kirui was also charged that on March 27 this year at KTDA along Tom Mboya street, he issued a bad cheque  of Sh467,000 to Chemutai Kosgey Risper while knowing that his account had insufficient funds.

In the same court, the suspect was also charged with obtaining Sh200,000 from Chemutai.

He denied all the charges before Nairobi senior principal magistrate Martha Mutuku and was released on a cash bail of Sh 500,000 or a bond of Sh1 million.

The case will be heard on 21 of August.
