High Anti-Corruption Court will on Thursday decide the fate of Samburu Governor.
This is after Director of Public Prosecution Noordin Haji to cancel Samburu Governor Moses Lenolkulal bail terms cancelled over the alleged breach of bail conditions imposed by the trial court.
The court heard that the Governor decision to reshuffle the cabinet of Samburu County Government amounts to interference with witnesses contrary to bail conditions barring him from accessing office pending hearing and determination of his corruption case.
However the county Boss defended himself saying that there is no existing court order barring him from discharging his constitution mandate as the governor.
Through his lawyer Paul Nyamodi , the governor asked the court to dismiss the application.
Kasaine is out on a cash bail 15 million shillings and a bond 30million shillings.
