The owner of the house in Mountain view estate where 44 under age children children hosted the party has been charged before a Naitobi court .
Duane Njane Njengi appeared before Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate Bernard Ochoi and denied the charge levelled against her by the state.
Prosecution informed the court that on November 21,2020 at Mountain view estate Westlands in Nairobi, Njane being the owner of the house willlifuly caused 44 children aged between 14 and 17 years to be in need of care and protection by exposing them to use alcohol and bhang.
The magistrate ordered Njane to be relased on a bond of Sh 500,000 or cash of Sh200, 000 pending hearing and determination of the criminal case.
Prosecution has listed more than nine witnesses including police officers.
