A businessman has been charged with stealing a ceska pistol valued Sh200,000.

Michael Macharia Mwangi appeared before Milimani Chief Magistrate Wendy Kagendo and denied stealing the firearm from Topata O. Lengues.

The charge sheet stated that he stole the firearm jointly with others who have already been charged on November 6 at Industrial area.

He was released on a bond of Sh300,000 or alternative cash bail of Sh200,000.
Four other persons— Faith Makena Kithinji, Dominic Ondari Ombongi , Wosken ,Makokha and Joseph Ochieng Barasa were charged earlier and released on bail.
