A businessman has been charged with conspiracy to defraud proprietor of Gala Forex Bureau Ismael Mohammed Mohamud USD 250,000 US dollars.
Mohamed Muhumem Abikar appeared before Milimani Chief Magistrate Lukas Onyina and denied the charges.
On the 4th of February this year at Wawazi apartment in South B within Nairobi County jointly with others not before court conspired to defraud proprietor of Gala Forex Bureau Ismael Mohammed Mohamud USD 250,000US dollars.
He is also charged with obtaining the said money.
He was released on a cash bail.
