Heads continue to roll with another Olympics official being charged over the Rio fiasco.

N.O.C.K treasurer Fridah Bilha Mulwale Shiroya has been charged and released on a Sh200,000 cash bail.
She was arrested yesterday.

According to the prosecutor a team of investigators are currently pursuing N.O.C.K chairperson Kipchoge Keino whose whereabouts are not known.

The investigators say that there is need for him to shed light on what happened before, during and after the RIO 2016 Olympics Games.

Prosecutor Duncan Ondimu said that they have credible information that Fridah has a shop within Nairobi County that sells sportswear and they suspect that some of the item are in the said shop adding that there is need to conduct a search on the said shop.

In an affidavit, police constable Joseph Owenga says that a search is yet to be conducted at Fridah’s shop adding that she is an influential person within the sports fraternity with capacity to interfere with investigations.

Monday this week Senior Principal Magistrate Charity Oluoch released two other Nock Officials on a cash bail of 200, 000 shillings.

The two are General Team Manager Pius Ochieng and the Secretary General Francis Kanyiri Paul.

The were also required not to appear at any premises owned by N.O.C.K without the authorization of the investigating officer.
