A Proposal to have the National Youth Service case start afresh has flopped.
The court decided that it will continue with the hearing from where trial magistrate Daniel Ogembo left.
In the case former Devolution Ps Peter Mangiti and Former NYS boss Nelson Githinji Nelson Githinji wanted the case to be heard afresh.
Trial Magistrate Daniel Ogembo was promoted to a High Court judge.
The case will now be heard by Nairobi Chief magistrate Francis Andayi on the 15-19 May this year.
