Businessman Rogers Okuta Ochieng has withdrawn a case in which he had filed a complaint against Elsbon Mwangi for unlawfully using his motor vehicle registration number KCG 414E, Nissan Blue Bird after paying him his dues.
MR Mwangi is alleged to have committed the offense on diverse dates between 24th November 2018 and 24thFebruary 2018 at an unknown place within Kenya.
The businessman had further accused Mwangi of issuing a bad cheque.
It is alleged that on 24thNovember 2017 along Koinange Street in Nairobi, Mwangi issued Ochieng a cheque for 18,000 and another one for 100,000 for a CBA bank account, knowing it had insufficient funds.
He was out on a cash of 50,000 pending trial. After Rodgers withdrawal of the criminal case, court directed the cash be paid back to Rodgers as part of settlement.
