An employee has been charged before Nairobi Chief Magistrate court with threatening to kill his former boss over the alleged debt.
Ibrahim Isaac Hussein alias Lyk Shidi appeared before Milimani Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi facing charges of threatening to kill his boss Mohamed Ali Osman by chopping off his head and later dump it at Ngong Forest.
Hussein is accused to have committed the offence on diverse dates between September 5 and December 28 , 2018 in Nairobi, without lawful excuse.
He pleaded not guilty and was released on a cash bail of Shilling 200,000 pending hearing and determination of his criminal case.
According to the police, Hussein claimed that Osman owed him money, but Osman dismissed the claim saying he had already paid him his money.
Prosecution has listed two witness and a police officer to testify in the criminal case against Ibrahim.
The case will be mentioned on March 4 and will be heard on April 2, 2019. The accused to remain in custody pending bail payment and processing.
