A fake engineer has been charged with practicing the profession without a valid license.

Ferdinand Wamalwa Wenani appeared before Milimani Senior Resident Magistrate David Ndungi and denied the charge.

Wamalwa is accused that on February 24 in the year 2018 at unknown place in the country engaged himself in the practice of engineering by signing an acceptance of tender document.
The tender was for the supply of labour for construction of dormitory at Kamuriai secondary school yet he did not have a license from Engineers Board of Kenya.

He was released on a bond of Sh200, 000 or cash bail of Sh 100, 000.

The case was reported at Muthaiga police station.
