MURGOR SISTERS AND FRIENDS SUMMONED TO COURT OVER SCUFFLE WITH NDICHU BROTHERS.

A Kibera magistrate has summoned two young women engaged in a scuffle with Ndichu brothers last year after failing to appear in court to answer to assault charges.

Resident Magistrate William Tulel lifted a warrant of arrest he had earlier issued against Cheryll Chelimo Murgor and Munyra Mohamed for failure to appear in court as directed.

The court directed them to appear in court on March 22.

Murgor and Munyra are accused that on the night of October 10 last year in Langata sub county of Nairobi County they fought each other while at the reception of Emara Ole sereni Hotel.

A cousin of Murgor Stephanie is also accused that on the night of October 16 and 17 ,2021 in Langata sub county of Nairobi County, she assaulted Munyra.

T o men who were in the company of Murgor’s- Samuel Dennis Ramdas and Patrick Koech are also accused of assaulting Edward Wanyoike and Munyra on the same night.
