Two sales agents have been charged with conspiracy to defraud their employer of Sh9 million.
Lawrence Thuo Ndichu and Gideon Kiprono Boit were accused of conspiring to defraud Mogo Auto limited of the money on diverse dates between August 13, 2021 and June 14, this year in Nairobi with others not before court.
They denied the charge when they appeared before Milimani senior resident magistrate Zainab Abdul.
The prosecution told the court that the two accused on the same dates and years at Eldoret Township in Uasin Gishu County, being agents of Mogo Auto ltd agents, they stole the said money.
They were released on a bond of Sh3 million or alternative cash bail of Sh2 million each
