A man has been charged with stealing a lorry worth Sh 8 million.
Geoffrey Wacira Kagoto appeared before Senior Principal Magistrate Bernard Ochoi and denied the charges.
Kagoto is accused of fraudulently converting to his own use motor vehicle Reg. No. KCE 364V lorry truck valued at Sh 8 million, belonging to Daniel Leinyakh Gudere.
He is alleged to have committed the offense on 20th December 2019 in Kilimani, Nairobi.
The court ordered him to deposit cash bail of Sh 300,000 to secure his release.
