A Kenyan based in the United States of America has been charged with indecent act.
He was arraigned before Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate Bernard Ochoi and denied the charge of indecently touching his two daughters.
The charges stated that the man intentionally and unlawfully touched the minors aged two and seven years, respectively.
It is alleged that he committed the offence on diverse dates between 2021 and June 2022 at an unknown place in Texas, USA.
The suspect was released after posting cash bail, pending a ruling on February 16.
