Two Kenyans have been accused with conspiracy to defraud a Filipino of over Sh 4 billion.
Kevin Otieno and Charles Junior allegedly conspired to defraud Sandeep Sharma, a Philippine national of Sh 4.8 billion, an offence they allegedly committed on diverse dates between September 17 and 27, in Nairobi.
The charges stated that they committed the offence jointly with others yet to be charged.
They denied the charge when they appeared before milimani senior principal magistrate Bernard Ochoi.
The magistrate ordered them to deposit bond of Sh50 million each, to secure their release.
The case will be mentioned on October 12, for directions on the hearing.
